A bit of stuff happened this last month.
Adele and I took a Road Scholar trip to Costa Rica.
I finally had my second hernia operation. I wrote about the prelude to this surgery and here's an update.
It went well. Surprisingly, it drastically improved my breathing, relived most of my back pain and generally reduced my overall stress — which had dampened my thinking. So, other than the discomfort of the healing incisions, I'm doing well.
Most of all, I have to thank my wife Adele, whose been my nurse over these many weeks. To the right is a card I made for her birthday last month.
Thanks to all for staying in contact during my recuperation.
